I can say is it pretty shocking, for the Disney popstar Miley Cyrus, 17, to appear on the cover of ELLE Magazine. Many critics have commented that Miley is no longer a kid, she's growing up. True to say i guess, because over the years since Miley was chosen to be on set for the Hannah Montana role, break-ups and backstabbing with other popstars and scandals have dawned on her.
